Contractors are preparing to begin work on the Geraldton Main Street Rehabilitation Project. The work zone extends from south of the Municipal Administration Building to Benner Ave, with the first phase focusing on the section from Edith Ave northward to Queen Ave. Work will move northward in approx. 200–300m sections to reduce disruptions to residents, businesses, and traffic.
The Municipality of Greenstone is inviting sealed tenders for the purchase and redevelopment of the surplus property municipally known as 105 Thom Street, Longlac, Ontario. The property is being offered for sale on an “as-is, where-is” basis through a public tender process intended to encourage redevelopment and productive reuse of the site.

All Municipal offices and facilities will be closed on Mon May 18th due to the Victoria Day holiday. Garbage collection normally scheduled for Monday has been rescheduled to Tuesday.
