The Municipality of Greenstone is inviting sealed tenders for the purchase and redevelopment of the surplus property municipally known as 403 3rd Street West, Geraldton, Ontario. The property is being offered for sale on an “as-is, where-is” basis through a public tender process intended to encourage redevelopment and productive reuse of the site.

The Municipality would like to remind the public to use caution when travelling through active construction zones and to remain within the designated travel area. Please respect all posted signs, barriers, and traffic control devices.

National Indigenous Peoples Day is an official day of celebration to recognize and honour the heritage, cultures, and valuable contributions to society by First Nations, Inuit, and Metis Peoples. Local celebrations will be held on Thurs. June 18 by the TBFC and on Fri. June 19 by Ginoogaming FN and LL58 FN.
