General Information

The Municipality of Greenstone would like to advise residents that construction will soon begin at the Geraldton Community Centre. During this period, access to certain areas of the facility will be limited over the coming months.

Applications for seasonal campsites at Poplar Lodge Park and Cordingley Lake Campground are now open! All applications must be submitted no later than 3:00 p.m. on May 1/26. 

All Municipal offices and facilities will be closed on Fri April 3rd and Mon April 6th due to the Easter statutory holidays. Garbage collection normally scheduled for Friday and Monday has been rescheduled, please refer to the Garbage Collection Calendar.

In recognition of the Easter Statutory Holidays, residential garbage collection on Fri Apr 3rd and Mon Apr 6th has been rescheduled.

The Association of Municipalities Ontario (AMO) is holding free workshops for individuals interested in running for the 2026 Municipal Election.
