Sale of Land by Public Tender - 66 Main Street, Jellicoe Ward

The Municipality of Greenstone is inviting sealed tenders for the purchase and redevelopment of the surplus property municipally known as 66 Main Street, Jellicoe, Ontario. The property is being offered for sale on an “as-is, where-is” basis through a public tender process intended to encourage redevelopment and productive reuse of the site. Interested proponents are encouraged to submit proposals outlining their intended use of the property, redevelopment concept, and demonstrated ability to complete the proposed project. Tenders will be accepted until August 12, 2026, at 3:00 p.m.
