Canada Day Closures

All Greenstone Municipal Offices and landfills will be closed on Tuesday July 1, 2025 in recognition of Canada Day. Garbage collection normally done on Tuesdays has been rescheduled to Monday June 30, 2025. This change is also reflected on the Garbage Collection Calendar.

Municipal Council and Staff wish all residents a safe and enjoyable holiday weekend.

While celebrating this National Holiday, we acknowledge that Canada Day celebrations may be harmful and/or offensive to Indigenous Peoples. We will take time to pause and reflect on where we have been and where we are headed as we embark on our Truth and Reconciliation journey.
