Elderly Person's Centre
Senior programs and activities are available at the Elderly Person's Centre at 200 Wardrope Avenue in Geraldton, Ontario. With a full time coordinator, activities and programs can include:
- Bridge, euchre and cards
- Carpet bowling
- Exercise programs
- Guest speakers
- Shuffleboard
- Special events
All programs are available free of charge (transportation services not included).
longlac Seniors' Club
Looking to get out and socialize and meet new people? Join the Seniors' Club! The Municipality of Greenstone provides space at 121 Indian Road in Longlac, Ontario for the Senior's Club. For more information on rural transportation program and how to join the Seniors' Club please contact us at the Longlac ward office.
Join our virtual senior community
Seniors age 55 and over living in the Municipality of Greenstone are welcome to join our free online senior community through our Seniors' Centre Without Walls (SCWW) program. Virtual discussions include:
- Education sessions
- Wellness seminars
- Travel and talks
- Game sessions
All you need is a tablet, computer or phone. No equipment? No problem! Tablets and headphones are available for use.
