Flags at Half Mast

The flags at all Municipal facilities have been lowered to half mast in honour and recognition of former Prime Minister, Brian Mulroney. Canada's 18th Prime Minister passed away on Thursday, February 29, 2024.

Flags will remain at half mast up to and including the date of the funeral.

The Municipality of Greenstone is excited to announce applications are now being accepted for the Esnagami Memorial Bursary. The Esnagami Memorial Bursary was established by the Townships of Geraldton, Longlac, and Nakina in memory of seven young people who died tragically in August 1979 while learning and practicing the management of resources.
