Water Shut-Off Update – Queen Ave, Geraldton

UPDATE
Please be advised that the previously anticipated water shut-off has been rescheduled and will NOT be taking place today.
The Ontario Clean Water Agency (OCWA) will be going door-to-door to provide notices with full details directly to residents who will be affected by the temporary water shut-off.
Only affected residents will receive notices with further information.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as this work is completed.
9:45 AM - The Municipality of Greenstone is advising residents on Queen Street in the Geraldton Ward of a temporary water service interruption that is expected to occur at some point today as part of the ongoing Main Street Rehabilitation Project.
The interruption is necessary to complete reconnection work to the main water line and is expected to last approximately one hour.
The exact timing has not yet been confirmed. This notice is being provided in advance so affected residents can prepare for the temporary interruption.
A further update will be posted once a more specific time is available.
The Municipality appreciates residents' patience and understanding as this important infrastructure work continues.
