Water Shut-Off Notice – Queen Ave, Geraldton

As part of the Main Street Reconstruction Project, a temporary water service interruption is required to complete work on the municipal watermain.

Affected Area:

• Queen Ave., Geraldton

The water shutdown is scheduled to begin early in the morning on Thursday, July 23rd and is expected to last approximately 1-2 hours, barring any unforeseen circumstances.

Residents in the affected area are encouraged to:

• Store enough water for drinking and household use before the shutdown.
• Keep taps closed during the interruption.
• Once water service has been restored, run a cold water tap for several minutes if you notice discoloured water until it runs clear.

Every effort has been made to minimize the duration and impact of this interruption. The Municipality appreciates your patience and cooperation as this important infrastructure work continues.
