Public Notice - Sale of Land 11386 Walker Street., Beardmore Ward

TAKE NOTICE THAT the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Greenstone at its Meeting held on May 11, 2026 at the Greenstone Administration Office, 1800 Main Street, Geraldton Ward, Municipality of Greenstone, ON, agreed to the Sale of Lands located in the Beardmore Ward of the Municipality of Greenstone in accordance with Section 270(1) of the Municipal Act, 2001 and Public Notice Policy 25-56;

The said land includes the following:  

PLAN M106 LOT 29 PCL 11386 Walker Street, Beardmore Ward. See Key Map.

Final Approval of the Sale will be considered at the Regular Meeting of Council at 6:30 p.m., on May 25, 2026 at 6:30 p.m., in the Greenstone Council Chambers, located at 1800 Main Street, Geraldton, ON;
