Notice of Special Meeting - July 20, 2026

Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of Council has been called and is being held in accordance with the Municipal Act, 2001 section 240 (a) and subject to the Procedure By-Law where the Head of Council may at any time call a Special Meeting. The Meeting will be held on July 20, 2026 at 1:00 p.m., at the Greenstone Administration Office located at 1800 Main Street, Geraldton.

This Meeting will be closed to the public pursuant to the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 25, as amended, subsection 239 (2)(h) information explicitly supplied in confidence to the municipality of local board by Canada, a province or territory or a Crown agency of any of them. The subject matter for the Meeting will be a government to government relations session.
