Garbage Collection Rescheduled - National Day for Truth and Reconciliation
IMPORTANT NOTICE
In recognition of National Day for Truth and Reconciliation on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, residential garbage collection for the following routes will occur two days earlier than the regular schedule, on Monday, September 28, 2026:
- Geraldton Ward Route 3
- Rural East Ward (Camp 25 Road)
- Rural West Ward
Original Collection Day - Wednesday, September 30, 2026
New Collection Day - Monday, September 28, 2026
Please ensure all garbage is placed at the curb by 7:00 a.m. on Monday, September 28th.
All Municipal Offices and Services will be CLOSED on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 in recognition of National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.
