Fall Hydrant Flushing

Please be advised that the Ontario Clean Water Agency (OCWA) will begin fall maintenance on Thursday, October 1, 2026. Crews will be flushing hydrants and exercising valves throughout Greenstone over approximately 2½ weeks.

Crews will be working community by community in the Wards of Beardmore, Geraldton, Nakina and Longlac until maintenance is complete.

Residents may experience temporary water discolouration while work is taking place in their community. If this occurs, please run your taps until the water runs clear.
