Proposals are now being electronically accepted for the Geraldton Main Street Road Reconstruction by EXP Services Inc.

To observe Remembrance Day on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, residential garbage collection will be moved ahead by one day to Monday November 10 2025.

Take Notice that tenders are invited for the purchase of the land(s) described below and will be received until 3:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, November 27, 2025, at the Geraldton Municipal Office, 1800 Main Street, PO Box 70, Geraldton, ON P0T 1M0. The tenders will then be opened in public on the same day as soon as possible after 3:00 p.m. at the Geraldton Municipal Office, 1800 Main Street, Geraldton, ON.

The Municipality will be completing infrastructure repair work requiring the closure of Hogarth East from Main Street to 1st St. East (Geraldton Ward) on Thursday, October 30 between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. for an infrastructure repair.

The Longlac Sportsplex will open Monday, October 20, 2025.  Regular ice schedules for both the Geraldton Community Centre and the Longlac Sportsplex will take effect on Monday.
