RFP - Geraldton Main Street Reconstruction

Electronically submitted Proposals, will be received by EXP Services Inc. on behalf of The Corporation of the Municipality of Greenstone, 1800 Main Street, Geraldton, ON until 2:00 P.M. local time on:

THURSDAY, DECEMBER 11TH, 2025

The intent of this Request for Proposal is to obtain a formal offer to construct and complete the installation of approximately 4.5km of municipal sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and watermain, complete with road reconstruction including asphalt pavement, rock excavation and granular base, and the replacement of the structural concrete culvert at Hardrock Creek on Main Street South, First Avenue North, and Third Street North as shown on the contract plans and described within the RFP documents.

Plans, Specifications and Proposal Documents may be obtained by downloading via the Biddingo portal, Bid Number: 2025-000535-0036.

The successful Proponent will be required to provide a Bond covering the amount of the Contract upon execution of the Contract Agreement.

The lowest or any Proposal will not necessarily be accepted.

Notwithstanding the above, the Owner retains the right to reduce the amount of the work, thereby reduce the contract price. Furthermore, the Owner reserves the right to enter into further negotiations with the Contractor to achieve additional cost savings where appropriate.
