Public Notice - Sale of Land

TAKE NOTICE THAT the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Greenstone at its meeting held on November 10, 2025 at the Council Chambers, 1800 Main Street, Geraldton Ward, Municipality of Greenstone, ON, directed staff to proceed with the Sale of Land located in the Rural East Ward of the Municipality of Greenstone in accordance with Section 270(1) of the Municipal Act, 2001 and Public Notice Policy 25-56;

The said lands includes the following:

• Plan 55M444 BLOCK 6 (1105 Tamarac Drive, Caramat, Rural Ward East);

Final Approval of the Sale will be considered at the Regular Meeting of Council at 6:30 p.m. on November 24, 2025 at the Greenstone Council Chambers, located at 1800 Main Street, Geraldton, ON;
