Public Notice - Sale of Land

TAKE NOTICE THAT the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Greenstone at its meeting held on October 14, 2025 at the Council Chambers, 1800 Main Street, Geraldton Ward, Municipality of Greenstone, ON, directed staff to proceed with the Sale of Lands located in the Rural East Ward of the Municipality of Greenstone in accordance with Section 270(1) of the Municipal Act, 2001 and Public Notice Policy 25-56;

The said lands includes the following:

Plan 55M445 Lot 26 (1556 Birch Crescent West, Caramat, Rural Ward East);

Plan 55M445 Lot 10 (1442 Aspen Crescent East, Caramat, Rural Ward East);

Plan 55M445 Lot 11 (1444 Aspen Crescent East, Caramat, Rural Ward East);

Final Approval of the Sale will be considered at the Regular Meeting of Council at 6:30 p.m. on October 27, 2025 at the Greenstone Council Chambers, located at 1800 Main Street, Geraldton, ON;
