Canada Post Strike

Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, mail delivery may be delayed. Please note that payment deadlines remain the same:

• Property taxes (final installment): Monday, September 29, 2025
• Water bills: Wednesday, October 15, 2025

How to Pay (no mail required)

• In person: At the municipal office (bring your bill or account number).
• Online: Through our website’s online payments.
• Through your bank: Set us up as a payee and use your account/roll number.

We encourage residents to use in-person, online, or banking options to ensure payments are received on time. 

Accounts Payable

If you are currently waiting on payment from the Municipality, please email accounts.payable@greenstone.ca with your invoice number to confirm if payment is ready for pick up as cheques are not being mailed out at this time. For accounts payable inquiries, please call 807-854-1100 ext. 2023.
