PUBLIC NOTICE Municipal Service Closures - June 12, 2026

Please be advised that all non-emergency municipal services and facilities will close at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, June 12, 2026 to allow staff to attend a Municipality of Greenstone Staff Appreciation BBQ.

Affected services include:

• Municipal Administration Offices
• Ward Offices
• Public Works Operations
• Landfills
• Recreation Centres
• Municipal Daycares
• Seniors Active Living Centres

Emergency services will remain available.

The Greenstone Family Resource Centre (FRC) will remain open and staffed to continue providing emergency shelter services.

Garbage Collection

Regular garbage collection will continue as scheduled. Residents are reminded to have garbage placed curbside by 7:00 a.m.

Council Approval

The temporary reduction of non-emergency services was approved by Council at the Regular Council Meeting held on May 11, 2026, through Motion 26-159.

The Municipality thanks residents for their understanding as we recognize and celebrate the dedication and hard work of municipal staff.
