🚨 NOTICE – EMERGENCY EXERCISE AT NAKINA AIRPORT ✈️

The Municipality of Greenstone is advising residents that an emergency response exercise will be taking place at the Nakina Airport today, September 23.

Residents may notice an increased presence of emergency response vehicles and personnel in and around the airport during the exercise.

This is a planned training exercise. There is no emergency, and no action is required from the public.

Emergency exercises provide an important opportunity for airport staff and emergency responders to practice procedures, test response plans, and strengthen coordination in the event of a real emergency.

We appreciate the public’s understanding and cooperation while this important training takes place.
