Residents in the construction area may be contacted by representatives from Englobe Engineering to arrange a pre-construction building survey.

The purpose of the survey is to document any existing conditions within or around a property, such as cracked drywall, foundation cracks, or damaged windows, before construction activities begin.

These surveys help establish a record of pre-existing conditions and provide a point of reference should any concerns arise during construction.

Participation is voluntary; however, property owners are encouraged to take part in the survey for their benefit and peace of mind.
