Garbage Pickup Delayed in Geraldton - November 19

The Municipality of Greenstone is advising residents that garbage pickup in Geraldton has been delayed today, Wednesday, November 19, due to an unexpected mechanical issue with the community’s garbage truck.

Public Works staff are currently working to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. The goal is to resume garbage collection later this evening, and residents are encouraged to leave their garbage at the curb until further notice. If this can not occur, pick up will resume tomorrow.
