TAKE NOTICE THAT the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Greenstone at its meeting held on April 13, 2026 at the Council Chambers, 1800 Main Street, Geraldton Ward, Municipality of Greenstone, ON, directed staff to proceed with the Sale of Land located in the Geraldton Ward of the Municipality of Greenstone in accordance with Section 270(1) of the Municipal Act, 2001 and Public Notice Policy 25-56;

The subject land is located at 307 4th Ave. SE, Geraldton Ward. 

Final Approval of the Sale will be considered at the April 27, 2026 Regular Meeting of Council, held at 6:30 p.m. in the Greenstone Council Chambers, located at 1800 Main Street, Geraldton, ON;
