The Seniors' Centre Without Walls (SCWW) is a virtual interactive support group and learning centre.

All you need is a tablet, computer or phone. No equipment? No problem! Tablets and headphones are available for use. Connect to educational, health and wellness, travel, history, game sessions and festive activities. It's fun, free and easy!

ACTIVE LIVING

Chair Exercises, Zumba Gold, Walking at Home and Chair Yoga are exercise classes geared to beginners and seniors. The only equipment needed is a chair.  You will need a tablet or computer to watch these videos.

FUN THINGS TO DO

Bingo, Trivia, Scattegories, Fun Fact Frenzy, Fact or Fiction are interactive activities which can be done over the phone.

AUDIO BOOK CLASSICS

Narrator(s) reads a Classic Novel for one hour each week over the phone.

OH THE PLACES WE WILL GO

Virtually visit unusual places, scenic locations and epic landmarks around the world!

GUEST PRESENTERS

Guest presenters will share information about their programs/services.  Please contact us if you would like to request content.

COFFEE TALK

An opportunity to chat with others and make new friends on the phone. Brew a tea or coffee and join us to share happy moments, experiences and keep in touch.
