If you have a developmental disability and need support, the Municipality of Greenstone offers an Adult Protective Services Program to help you.

Please note this program is a self and caregiver referral-based program. All participation is voluntary. 

Do you qualify?

To receive support from the program, you must:

• Have a developmental disability
• Be an adult (over 18 years of age)
• Live within the Municipality of Greenstone or a First Nations community

What the program offers

The Adult Services Program Worker (APSW) can help you with:

• Obtaining and maintaining accommodation
• Legal issues
• Financial issues
• Application for Ontario Disability Support Program Assistance
• Daily living skills
• Medical support
• Transportation to out-of-town appointments
• Accessing social and recreational opportunities
