The following form will allow you to make a request for ice time and pay for it online. You will recieve a copy of the request at your included email address, as well as receiving payment confirmation from PayPal at the completion of the payment process. When your ice time is confirmed you will get an email message from the recreation department, normally within one business day (Monday to Friday).

I have checked the ice time availability schedule prior to making this request. I understand that making this request does not guarantee that I will get the requested time. The requested time is not to be considered a reservation until receiving a confirmation Email from the recreation department (normally within one business day). I must successfully complete the online payment process that follows this form in order for this request form to be considered valid.
