The Charlie’s Angels Ringette Team came home with the Bronze medal, following the Kapuskasing Tournament on February 16, 17 and 18, 2007.

The girls came out strong on Friday night against the host team Kapuskasing. Getting a quick two goal lead gave them lots of confidence to continue to a 9-5 win. The Angels put up a good fight on Saturday against the teams from Timmins; finishing only a goal or two short. The Angels played hard to defeat Iroquois Falls Saturday night to put them in the third place position for the finals on Sunday.

Parents, Grandparents and friends were thrilled to watch some outstanding skating, passing, and shooting skills. Although, some tense moments were felt by all during the last minutes of play of the medal game; but the Angels came thru with a final score of 5 to 4!!

CONGRATULATIONS GIRLS, YOU DID IT!!!
