With an average snow base of 2 to 3 feet and the near mystical serenity of the boreal forest, Greenstone is a cross country skier's dream! This popular past-time is enjoyed by locals and visitors alike in our municipality.

Over 50 kilometres of groomed classic and skate trails...

The Longlac Cross-Country Ski Club is located on the eastern boundary of Greenstone in the community of Longlac.

Whether you're looking for a quick trek after work on one of our short-distance triails or reved up for a day-long snow adventure, you'll find it here with trails suiting all ages and levels of skill.

The clubhouse is open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm with washroom facilities and lockers available.

In the community of Geraldton, the Geraldton Cross-Country Ski Club maintains 5 kilometres of groomed trails in MacLeod Park.
