The Municipality uses a variety of procurement methods, in accordance with the PROCUREMENT BYLAW, when acquiring goods and services.
The Municipality does not have a designated department responsible for the procurement of goods and services. For more information on any of the tenders/RFPs listed below, please contact the specific department or the Clerk at 854-1100 ext. 2059.

NOTICE TO ALL CONTRACTORS, PROPERTY OWNERS AND TENANTS
Residents of GREENSTONE are reminded that Building Permits are required for all construction, alterations and repairs to new or existing buildings and dwellings. If you are unsure about the requirement for a permit relating to your project, call your Ward Office.
Building Permits are required for the installation of wood stoves, wood combination furnaces and chimneys.
Contractors are advised that hookups to municipal services must be inspected by municipal staff before backfilling. Failure to comply will result in an order to uncover the work.
Applications for Building and Demolition Permits are available at all Ward Offices from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
