Mission Statement:

It’s our mission to reduce the stigma about Mental Illness through public education and awareness. We will expand existing support networks and develop new support networks for mental health consumers/survivor families and friends.

We Strive To:

Provide outreach and support to consumers, their family, and friends through: Workshops, Support Groups, Seminars, Hospital Visitations, Home Visitations, Peer Support, Advocacy, Referrals, Public Education, Family Support, Research and Information.

Who can use M.I.S.N.?

Any individual, friend or family member living with a mental illness such as:

  • Depression
  • Bi-polar Disorder (Manic Depression)
  • Schizophrenia
  • Seasonal Affective Disorder
  • Mood Disorders
  • Post Partum Depression
  • Any other Mental Illness

OR

  • Anyone who is interested in learning more about Mental Illness
