Located south of the community of Nakina, the Nakina End Moraine is partially protected within the boundaries of the Nakina Moraine Provincial Park.

This end moraine is composed of surface deposits of gravel forming double-sided ridges, and denotes former outer edges of glaciers which ceased movement here approximately 9000 years ago.
